Multi-circuit cooler

Efficient cooling in separate circuits

Multi-circuit cooler

Multi-circuit coolers enable the simultaneous, independent and space-saving cooling of multiple cooling circuits using a single centralised system. They are used wherever there is a need to reliably supply multiple consumers with different temperature requirements, for example in machine tools, plant engineering or complex production lines.

A BIT OF COOLING TECHNOLOGY KNOW-HOW

Explanations and clarifications on some frequently asked questions about cooling technology and terminology used.

Free-cooler modules are heat exchangers equiped with a fan which are connected in series with the cooler. Installed outside the manufacturing hall.

The function of a cooling lubricant is to reduce the friction between tool and workpiece in order to generate less heat and thus improve the machining result. The cooling lubricant heats up in the course of this and thus carries away the heat generated from the machining zone.

Water coolers are used to generate cold water which can be used for any cooling task. The water to be cooled flows through the evaporator and is thereby cooled.
