Multi-circuit cooler with EcoDrive technology

We have successfully implemented our EcoDrive concept in this multi-circuit cooler project. The cooling system operates under optimal conditions at every operating point, ensuring maximum efficiency and process reliability.

Each refrigerant compressor is frequency-controlled and has its own frequency converter, enabling precise adjustment to any operating condition. The fans are fitted with energy-optimised DC EC motors, which are particularly energy-efficient. In addition, electronic injection valves are used to precisely control the flow of refrigerant under all operating conditions. This ensures that the ideal refrigerant filling quantity is always available for the specific process.

The supply to the hydraulic circuits is provided by gear pumps with circular teeth, which ensures that the system operates particularly quietly.

The result is a multi-circuit cooler that is energy-efficient, quiet and perfectly tailored to the process requirements – a prime example of state-of-the-art refrigeration technology in practice.

Split design: Efficient heat dissipation in cooling technology

In our most recent project in the field of cooling technology, the focus was on effectively removing waste heat from a production hall. In the cooling system used in a filter unit, heat is absorbed from the oil and transported to the condenser via the refrigerant. Thus, the heat generated is not released into the hall, but rather redirected outside in a targeted manner.

In order to prevent the production area from overheating, the condenser was relocated to a separate area. This results in heat being generated in an area that has no impact on the working environment. The result: An optimal indoor climate in the production area, efficient cooling of the equipment and safe, controlled transfer of waste heat into the surrounding environment.
